Brand Kicks provides digital educational content in the form of bite-sized branding courses/modules.
Because all content is instantly accessible after purchase, Brand Kicks follows a strict No-Refund policy.
1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
Payments made for any Brand Kicks course, module, bundle, or digital product are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Accidental purchase
Change of mind
Not finding content useful
Not completing or accessing the course
Purchasing without reading details
Inability to achieve expected outcomes
“I didn’t know what the course included”
Technical issues on the user’s device
Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.
2. No Refunds for Platform or Third-Party Issues
Refunds will not be issued due to problems caused by:

Internet/connectivity issues
Device/browser problems
Cashfree payment delays
WhatsApp/email delivery failures
Meta/Google tracking issues
These are outside Brand Kicks’ control.
3. No Refunds for Digital Content
Because digital content can be accessed, consumed, copied, or recorded instantly, it cannot be “returned.”
For this reason, refunds or cancellations are not allowed for any digital product.
4. Chargebacks Are Not Permitted
Initiating a chargeback after purchasing Brand Kicks content is considered fraudulent activity.
If a chargeback is attempted:
Your access will be permanently revoked
Your account may be blacklisted
Legal action may be taken to recover losses
