Refund and Cancellation

Discovery call

The discovery call fee is ₹499, paid online before you choose a slot.

Once paid, the fee is not refundable.

If we cancel, or a technical failure on our side stops the call, we reschedule at no cost.

To reschedule, give us at least 24 hours' notice. A no-show forfeits the fee.

Any refund we agree to is returned to the original payment method.

Fees, cancellation and refunds for Brand System, Shopify Store and Ecom Sales Engine engagements are set out in your signed scope agreement.
